Week 1, day 1 transformation plan

I went to gym around 6 pm.
Then start to cardio 1st.
15 mins 2.5 km i tought thats enough.

If you looked the program carefully all of them superset which is more affective for body transformation coz this is split system anyway.

Unfortunetaly i have a back pain but it should be okey until this evening.
